NAME

debra-sourceinstall - install from a source tarball

SYNOPSIS

debra sourceinstall name tarball [-o] [...] [-h]

DESCRIPTION

debra-sourceinstall is a frontend to sourceinstall(1) that automatically sets destdir such that the package will be installed in a Debra directory. With -o, the prefix is set to /opt/$PACKAGE where $PACKAGE is determined from the tarball name.

OPTIONS

name

Name of a Debra directory.

tarball

Path or URI to a source tarball.

-o

Set prefix based on tarball filename.

sourceinstall(1) arguments.

-h, --help

Show a help message.
